SouthWest Improvement Council offers FREE opportunities to exercise through classes and individual workouts.

Fitness facilities include a gymnasium, an open yoga studio. Free Fitness and Exercise every morning (Monday – Friday):

9:00 am – 10:30 am

Free ZUMBA Monday-Friday at Sandos Hall Gymnasium on the SWIC/Westwood Community Center Campus. Come Join Us!!

All participants must sign a Fitness Liability Waiver.
